We believe all children are a national treasure, and the future of all nations. The reality for disabled children in Ethiopia and Eritrea is bleak because they have little to no access to the medical support needed to rehabilitate them on their road to recovery. Additionally, due to crippling poverty, disabled kids in Ethiopia & Eritrea have limited access to education and schooling, limiting their chances to flourish and have a better future. We aim to tackle this issue by providing financial support, to cover medical and/or other urgent expenses to ease their journey and support their families as they tackle disability and the added burden of poverty.

Why we’re unique: E Shining Hope is a volunteer-based organization which aims to transfer 100% of public donations directly to Ethiopia and Eritrea to support disabled children. We understand that there are many other NON-Profit organizations that do work in the region and which seek your donation, but our commitment to you is that 100% your money truly will go to supporting the kids, and will NOT be spent to cover any expenses in the U.S., including overhead. The founders pledge to cover all expenses which enable getting money you’ve donated to recipients in Ethiopia and Eritrea. They are fully committed to helping the cause and its recipients – children with so much promise, who are at risk due to disability.
