E Shining Hope (ESH) is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization established in 2020 to bring a helping hand to disabled children in Ethiopia and Eritrea. 

ESH was founded to support disabled children (ages 2 to 19 years old) with monetary needs, covering medical and/or equipment needed to rehabilitate their wounds. According to UNICEF, it's estimated that 30 percent of all disabled people in Ethiopia are children and youth under the age of 25. ESH will provide financial support either directly to the childrens' guardians or to organizations providing medical services. ESH is also pursuing collaborations with Non and For-Profit organizations to provide financial support for medical equipment (including prosthetics), transporting patients from distant villages to Ethiopia's capital, Addis Ababa, and provide housing in Addis Abeba while getting treatment. We plan to sponsor 50 - 100 children per year and provide financial support for better footing. Similarly, we will also use our expertise and networks within western countries to collect equipment and medical support for disable populations within both Eritrea and Ethiopia.
